I purchased this hose from amazon just three months ago and have only used it to water plants on my patio. Despite being properly stored on a reel and well maintained, it has already developed a leak about one foot from the connection to the house. I'm very disappointed in the quality, especially considering the light use. I've already spent approximately $30 on repairs, which is frustrating for such a new product.
I bought the 75 foot garden hose in spring 2024. I loved it and didn't have any problem with it leaking until the end of the season (here in Idaho). I put it away for the winter and when I got it out this spring I remembered it was leaking last fall, once I tried using it.
So I wrote to Rosy Earth and they immediately answered my email. They asked for information about the leak and a photo if possible. I sent those and within a day or so, they sent me a new hose. I love it (apparently a bit newer design) and it works perfectly.

I also purchased two hoses from Amazon last August with a 12 month warranty -- used today 7 month later and they are BOTH leaking. Guess I am not alone and will join the others. Perhaps Amazon is selling seconds -- who knows
Ordered 2 hoses through Amazon. After using a couple times, the Hose began leaking. Suspect the rubber tubing inside the casing punctured causing hose to leak. Trying to figure out how to repair as hose is expensive. Trying to figure out how to remove connector from casing as to insert a repair piece.
To say i'm "NOT HAPPY" is a understatement. Spent hard earned money on a hose and here you go.
Bought this in May 23', and it just barely lasted just over a year with very little use.. The hose has come apart like a slinky in 2 places. Both spots have holes in the hose from what I can tell, the stainless casing cut the hose liner. I dont think it can be fixed.. I hope and expect that Rosy Earth will replace this asap. I take care of my tools, store them inside in the winter etc... This is not worth the money paid.. BUYER beware!!
